Job summary

Five Star Cooperative is seeking an experienced Agronomy Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day activities at the ARC in New Hampton. You will coordinate receiving, storage, treatment, staging, loading, and distribution of agronomy products with a focus on accuracy and timely customer service.

You will work closely with agronomy leadership, sales, and operations to ensure inventory is correct, shipments are prepared for pickup or delivery, and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and prioritize work based on orders and seasonal demand.
• Receive seed and agronomy products, verify shipments for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain inventory, identify discrepancies, and reconcile counts.
• Stage and prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy.
• Load/unload with forklifts and appropriate equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Operate seed treatment equipment and prepare treated seed per procedures.
• Maintain documentation for receiving, transfers, treatment, loading and distribution.
