Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Foreman to lead daily warehouse operations for feed and agronomy products in Iowa. You will manage inventory, ensure safe handling, and support customers with timely, accurate service.

The role requires physical capability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work extended hours as needed. Training and certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with Hazmat, air brakes, and tanker endorsements, plus a DOT medical card.
• Ability to obtain a seed treater's license.
• A good driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and workflow.
• Manage inventory levels and track incoming/outgoing products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and Agvance billing procedures.
• Promote safety by enforcing regulations and safe practices.
• Operate and help maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Support customers by ensuring products are available and accessible.
• Stay informed on products and safe handling procedures.
• Assist with additional location duties as needed.
