We are currently seeking a strong leader with the ability to drive overall store operations and profitability while achieving sales, payroll, and operating budget results. This position requires someone who can drive store sales and build a quality experience for our customers. The Store Manager is responsible for managing the entire store operation including staffing, development of personnel and ability to exceed customer expectations daily. Great communication skills, people skills and product knowledge along with strong organizational and professional skills are required. Successful candidate must be highly self-motivated, customer oriented, have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Agronomy Store Manager is responsible for achieving company objectives in areas such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, inventory and input management, team supervision, and location profitability. This role oversees the daily operations of an agronomy location—selling and supporting crop protection products, seed, fertilizer, and related agronomic services. The manager leads a team of agronomy professionals to deliver exceptional service to growers while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient retail environment. This position reports directly to the Division Manager.
