You will share responsibility for executing store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Store Manager to create action plans for business growth and results.
  • Demonstrating product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
  • Engaging with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop team members committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Overseeing assigned responsibilities and being accountable for results.
  • Supporting the Store Manager to meet store standards for merchandising and operations consistently.
  • Learning all aspects of the business and sharing ideas to drive growth.
  • Remaining composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Performing POS transactions during designated shifts and executing management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Modeling company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications

Additional requirements include:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance expectations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
