Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Deshler, NE is seeking an Associate Sales Agronomist to plan and develop customer crop plans, including fertility, crop protection, and seed portfolios. You will strengthen customer business plans and expand trust as the agronomic partner of choice while integrating proprietary products into their strategies.

You will maintain confidential records, uphold safety as a priority, and perform other duties as needed to support Nutrien's grower-focused mission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in agronomy sales.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop customer crop plans, including fertility, crop protection, and seed portfolios.
• Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainably.
• Expand customer's trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice.
• Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans.
• Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable.
• Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans.
• Make safety a daily priority.
• Other duties as needed.
