CHS Inc. is offering an Agronomy Sales Intern role in St. Hilaire, MN for Summer 2027. You will work closely with customers and our agronomy team to deliver expertise, support field reps, and gain practical experience across crop scouting, soil sampling and sales support.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Ag Business or Crop Science, proficient with Microsoft Office, and eager to develop reporting, pest management and inventory skills in a hands‑on environment within a leading global agribusiness.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Agriculture-related degree program (e.g., Ag Business, Crop Science).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Agronomy Sales Representatives with crop scouting, soil sampling and field problem solving.
• Design, monitor and summarize farm trails to provide data to customers and the agronomy team.
• Apply integrated pest management principles to determine treatment thresholds.
• Generate written reports and present findings to supervisor or customers.
• Learn about CHS agronomy products and services and assist with over-the-counter sales.
• Learn warehouse and agronomy plant operations.
• Become proficient with Agris for invoicing and inventory management.
• Assist in inventory management procedures and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state and CHS Environmental and Safety policies.
