Job summary

Top Ag Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Agronomy trainee to work closely with Sales Agronomists, learning to recommend seed, nutrients, and crop protection products while supporting the Agronomy Team’s daily operations.

You will gain exposure to crop inputs, client relationships, and field conditions, with emphasis on safety, professionalism, and ongoing knowledge development in a hands-on rural/ag retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Plant and Soil Science.
• Previous experience within Ag Retail.
• Pursuit of Certified Crop Advisor certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Learn to make seed, nutrient, and crop protection recommendations with Sales Agronomists.
• Provide operational support to the Agronomy Team.
• Develop knowledge and professional skills in agronomy.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in daily tasks.
