AGRILAND FS seeks a person with a passion for farm gate agriculture to sell and advise on agronomy inputs, focusing on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and precision farming across customers' acres. You will contact targeted customers, resolve agronomic problems, and utilize tools to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry
• Strong agricultural aptitude and ability to learn on the job to become an expert
• Proven ability to influence others in leadership or sales roles
• Strong business skills including collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services that enhances the producers business
• Resolve agronomic problems
• Utilize all sales tools such as Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Finance, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationship
