Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a well-established, locally owned agronomy retailer in Central Nebraska in searching for an Ag Sales & Agronomy Advisor to join their growing team. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with producers and providing agronomic solutions.

The candidate should have agronomy education or related experience, strong communication, and a team-first attitude, with a mindset toward long-term community involvement.

Formación

• 2- or 4-year Agronomy or other Agriculture-related degree preferred.
• Previous Ag Chem/Seed sales experience preferred.
• Agricultural equipment sales or other customer-facing agricultural sales experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Performance-driven while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Ability to conduct productive farm-gate conversations with producers.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Desire to build a long-term career and become involved in the local community.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Promote crop protection products, seed, fertility programs, and agronomic solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while developing new business.
• Provide agronomic recommendations that improve customer success and profitability.
• Conduct regular farm visits and maintain consistent communication with producers.
• Collaborate closely with the agronomy and operations teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Assist with additional responsibilities throughout the operation as business needs require.
