Job summary

Ag Partners is seeking a Sales Agronomist in Minnesota to provide agronomic advice and sell crop inputs and services including seed, nutrients, crop protection, and precision ag solutions. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver value-added solutions to area growers.

Candidates should have a passion for supporting local farmers and building lasting community ties, with strong ties to the local ag community valued.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driver standards.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in all weather.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

Join our team as a Sales Agronomist! In this role, you'll provide expert agronomic advice and sell crop inputs and services—seed, nutrients, crop protection products, custom application, and precision ag solutions—to customers. You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver value-added solutions.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting local farmers, building lasting relationships in our communities, and becoming a trusted partner for area growers. Strong ties to the local ag community are highly valued.

If you are new to the industry, starting salaries range from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on your skills, experience, and knowledge. You can also earn performance-based bonuses.

Benefit options for full-time employees include:
