Partner with sales representatives to provide customer support, recommend solutions, and position products effectively.
Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing agronomic expertise and value-driven recommendations.
Serve as the technical expert for seed treatments, biologicals, and adjuvants.
Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate product performance using trial data and field observations.
Document and share findings to support product improvements and informed business decisions.
Support customers in optimizing product use for maximum ROI.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Ag Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Strong understanding of seed treatments, biologicals, adjuvants, and crop production practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Comfortable working in the field and collaborating closely with sales teams.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities during peak seasons.
All required federal and state pesticide licenses within the first six months of employment.
Must obtain and maintain applicable professional certifications associated with the agronomy industry (i.e., CCA, CCS, CPA).
Follow safety and compliance standards to help ensure their well-being and the safety of others.
Ability to analyze data and provide practical agronomic recommendations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work hours other than those considered normal at various times throughout the year to meet deadlines and demands.
