Job summary

You will build year-round relationships, promote Aurora Cooperative as a trusted partner, and contribute to inventory management and field visibility through seasonal scouting on the farm to earn customer trust and credibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Sell Seed, Fertilizer, Crop Protection, R2G products, Aerial, Yield Advantage, Grid Sampling, Custom Application.
• Promote Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner to the customer base.
