Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Location Operations Manager to oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory, and multi-shift distribution. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive efficiency, cost savings, and safe operations at the Clinton site.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in agricultural or distribution management, a related degree, and strong MS Office skills. Travel to nearby markets may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or related field.
• Agricultural based degree desired.
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory).
• Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution.
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution.
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset.
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers.
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards.
