Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a location Operations Manager to oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory and distribution across multi-shift operations.

You will lead a high-performing team, implement process improvements, ensure safety standards, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Travel to other market areas will be required; 5+ years of management experience in vocational agriculture is preferred.

• Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution.
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution.
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset.
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers.
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular safety inspections.
