Responsibilities

• Meet location goals and drive sales growth in coordination with Region manager.
• Develop location personnel capabilities including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Supervise loading, dispatch, inventory forecasting and purchasing through approved suppliers.
• Manage location finances: budgeting, billing, payables/receivables, and prepays.
• Maintain location records, assets, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in long-term location planning and risk management.
