Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Hamilton, MI is seeking an Agronomy Operations Management Intern for part-time work. The role focuses on day-to-day agronomy operations, inventory organization, and field tasks across a Keystone location and nearby fields. You will gain hands-on experience with equipment, safety procedures, and crop input handling while supporting operational tasks and absorbing cost and efficiency insights.

Qualifications

• Must have agronomy/field experience.
• Currently enrolled in college or university and pursuing related studies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment and building maintenance.
• Replenish anhydrous ammonia tanks during side dress season.
• Organize and keep a record of all chemical and seed inventory.
• Obtain an Ag CDL and Licensure.
• Learn operational aspects affecting profit and loss of the business.
