Job summary

Conserv FS is offering a GROWMARK Agronomy Intern position in Zenda, WI for Summer 2027. The role supports agronomy operations, field scouting, and customer service for farmer-member customers within the GROWMARK Internship Program, including mentorship, professional development, networking, and a capstone project.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree or certification, have an interest in agronomy, strong communication and teamwork skills, and are willing to travel and lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification from a college, technical college, or university.

Responsibilities

• Support agronomy operations and assist agronomy professionals in serving farmer-member customers.
• Learn crop production practices and agronomy recommendations.
• Conduct field scouting activities and collect field data.
• Assist with agronomy trials, field demonstrations, and research projects.
• Utilize precision agriculture tools for scouting and data collection.
• Support product inventory, ordering, receiving, and operational activities.
• Travel to FS locations to build relationships with employees and customers.
