Responsibilities

• Support agronomy operations for farmer-member customers.
• Learn crop production practices and agronomic recommendations.
• Conduct field scouting and collect data.
• Assist with trials, plot work, and demonstrations.
• Utilize precision agriculture tools for data collection.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and operational tasks.
• Participate in grower events and customer visits.
• Travel to FS locations to build relationships.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete special projects as needed.
