Job summary

Insight FS in Wisconsin is seeking an Agronomy Intern to support field sales agronomists across Southern Wisconsin. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy, assist with planning, planting, application, data entry and field plot monitoring, and help prepare training materials.

The internship requires you to be enrolled in a relevant degree or certificate program and capable of independent work, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification from a college/university in good academic standing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in agronomy field.
• Visit FS locations and customers, building professional relationships.
• Participate in field crop research, demonstration and training including planning, planting, treatment prep, application, equipment calibration, field plot monitoring, and data entry.
