Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, pest control, and nutrient management.
• Experience with agricultural technology and precision farming tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agronomy software.
• Basic understanding of agronomic principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Implements marketing plans and develops strategies that generate profitable sales in the assigned territory.
• Utilizes target marketing and professional sales techniques, including the FS sales interview road map and cropping programs.
• Develops territory and competitive analysis to maintain knowledge of the market and competition.
• Provides value-added agronomic products, services, and recommendations; schedules delivery and application.
