Job summary

County Farm Centre in Ontario is seeking an Agronomy/Energy Operator. The role alternates between Picton (Spring) and Belleville (Winter), with hybrid work across branches. You will operate sprayers and propane delivery equipment while maintaining safety and regulatory records.

The candidate should have a clean driving record, a DZ/AZ license with air brakes, and 3+ years driving, and be ready to learn new tasks in a growing team environment. Competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid DZ or A/Z license with air brakes and 3+ years driving DZ/AZ.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
• May require extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely for crop protection and propane delivery.
• Apply crop protection products following regulations and record data.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure safe propane delivery.
• Drive and operate plant equipment and machinery, performing daily checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
