Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Agronomy Technician to ensure safe and accurate fertilization and IPM for our landscape maintenance properties. You will identify turf and ornamental issues and apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and IPM products in accordance with label instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities also include preparing and mixing products, operating tools and equipment safely, keeping precise records, and communicating with customers to retain trust.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with turf and ornamental plant care is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and label instructions.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and treat turf and ornamental issues as they arise.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and IPM products per label and safety rules.
• Prepare and mix products according to specifications and safety directions.
• Ensure safe operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate records of products used and complete work-order communications.
• Support customer retention through clear communication and reliable service.
