Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Indiana seeks a driver to operate a Class A, B, or Ag CDL vehicle to safely deliver agronomy products to customers, while serving as a backup to Applicators as needed.

You will assist with product receiving, equipment maintenance, and grounds upkeep, maintain records, and communicate daily activities to management; overtime may be required during peak season, and physical ability to lift over 50 pounds is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or offset by experience.
• CDL Class A or B preferred, or Ag CDL with endorsements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Overtime may be required during peak season.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer-service orientation.
• Capable of lifting over 50 pounds and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A, B or Ag CDL vehicle to deliver agronomy products safely.
• Assist outbound and inbound agronomy products and inventory checks.
• Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping of the facility grounds.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and routine upkeep.
• Record-keeping in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May serve as a backup to Applicators and collaborate across units.
