Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Mentone, Indiana, seeks a dependable general backup to our Applicators. This role supports outbound and inbound agronomy products, operates tender trucks, and assists with safety and equipment maintenance.

You will help with grounds upkeep, record-keeping, and inventory tasks, with occasional long hours during peak seasons. CDL preferred; Hazmat a plus; strong teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude and high energy with attention to detail.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus; willingness to obtain if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products and coordinate product movement.
• Operate tender trucks to supply custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance in all duties and vehicle operations.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and routine facility upkeep.
• Maintain grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and snow removal.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and company procedures.
