You will provide sales support, customer service, and agronomic recommendations while maintaining accurate records and contributing to marketing programs. The role conducts advanced field scouting, soil sampling, data analysis, and offers expert agronomic advice to customers, leveraging field experience to deliver high-quality services that optimize yields and promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a related field.
• Two (2) years or more of business-related work experience or training, or equivalent, demonstrating the ability to generate sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by scheduling product deliveries, applications, soil testing, crop scouting, and other programs.
• Develop crop programs that focus on accurate record-keeping and use of digital systems to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with customers to implement best practices and optimize crop performance.
• Collect and analyze soil, plant, and water samples using advanced techniques.
• Utilize precision agriculture tools to gather and interpret field data.
