Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a co-op/intern in Goodfield, Illinois to work on the Large Tractor & Crop Production Innovation team on prototype machines, testing and field validation. You will collaborate with engineers, assist with agronomy trials, and participate in meetings on product platforms.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college degree program and able to work on-site. The program includes housing support, networking events, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled college student pursuing a degree.
• Eligible for co-op/internship programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prototype machines for field testing - install prototype components, perform maintenance.
• Collaborate with project team on experimental designs to test and validate concepts.
• Operate prototype test machines in the field according to test plans and validation activities.
• Review field test results and contribute to concept development with project teams.
• Support agronomy trials - operate test machines, collect data, and assist in data analysis.
• Travel as needed to other CNH facilities and remote test sites for test preparation and execution.
• Participate in meetings where Innovation provides updates to product platforms and internal teams.
