Job summary

Havana High School in Section 12 is seeking a second Agriculture Teacher and Co-FFA advisor for the start of the 2026-2027 school year. This program offers a variety of agricultural courses, an active FFA chapter, and strong support from FFA Alumni, Administration and Community.

Our facilities include agriculture classrooms, two large shops and an Alumni owned test plot adjacent to the school, plus instructional technology and a Chromebook one-to-one environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid professional educator license (PEL) for Agriculture Education or Career and Technician Education License.

Responsibilities

• Teach Agriculture courses as assigned based on strengths and certifications.
• Provide leadership as Co-FFA advisor and collaborate with FFA alumni, administration and community.
