• Support planning and delivery of adult education/community programs in ag science.

• Plan lessons that reflect student learning styles and accommodations.
• Develop and implement standards-aligned lesson plans with required accommodations.
• Plan and supervise teacher aides and volunteers.
• Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Assess student achievement through formal and informal methods.
