MFA Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Agri-Service Location Manager in Florida to lead daily operations, oversee customer relations, and coordinate staff. You will drive operational excellence to meet location goals while ensuring adherence to company policies.

A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience is required; Class B CDL is helpful. Candidates should bring knowledge of feed and livestock production, agronomy, grain handling/marketing, fertilizer and chemical, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
• Strong agricultural knowledge and hands-on experience in farm inputs.

• Oversee the Agri-Service location and manage day-to-day operations.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and drive operational effectiveness.
