Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a capable manager to lead the Agri-Service location, overseeing day-to-day operations and customer relations. The role requires understanding the full business to achieve operational goals and maintain policy alignment.

The ideal candidate adds agricultural knowledge, relevant experience, and a commitment to supporting farmers through MFA's comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of farm inputs and livestock production preferred.
• Forklift experience and mechanical aptitude are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Agri-Service location and oversee day-to-day operations and customer relations.
• Ensure operational effectiveness to meet location goals and enforce company policies.
