Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is seeking an experienced Agri-Service Location Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer service, and ensure alignment with company policies. The role requires strong agricultural knowledge and hands-on supervision of staff and equipment.

You will manage workflows, coordinate with farm suppliers, and strive to maximize efficiency at the Chillicothe location. Overtime, weekend availability, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience.
• CDL Class B is helpful.
• Overtime work including weekends may be required.
