Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or production experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills for measuring and recording quantities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable operating packaging equipment; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail, especially labeling and weights.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and package agricultural products into small retail quantities.
• Accurately label packaged products with name, weight, lot/batch, and safety info.
• Operate scales, bag sealers, and labeling equipment safely.
• Inspect products for quality and report issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain inventory counts and keep the area clean and safe.
• Stack and stage packaged product for transfer to sales floor or warehouse.
• Follow safety procedures related to equipment operation and handling.
