Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing, agricultural production, warehouse ops, or machine operation preferred.
• Able to operate production/packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail in filling orders and recording production info.
• Follow written work instructions, production schedules, safety procedures.
• Basic math for counting, measuring, and weighing products.
• Able to lift/move materials and finished goods with/without accommodation.
• Work well in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily output goals.
• Experience in agricultural processing, feed production, seed handling, grain ops, or similar.
• Familiar with quality control procedures and production reporting.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate agricultural production, blending, bagging, packaging, or processing equipment per procedures and safety standards.
• Fill, pull, stage, and prepare customer or internal orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor production lines and equipment for proper operation, product quality, and output efficiency.
• Measure, weigh, label, and package products per work orders and quality requirements.
• Load raw materials into equipment and remove finished products for storage or shipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to maintain flow.
• Maintain accurate production records, order documentation, inventory usage, and logs.
• Inspect finished products for quality, quantity, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, warehouse staff, and team to meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory control, material handling, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow all company policies related to safety, quality control, equipment operation, and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned
