Job summary

Three Rivers FS Company in Manchester, IA seeks an Operations Specialist to assist daily operations at the facility. You will operate sprayers/floater, trucks, and equipment, ensuring timely, accurate work and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years experience, and ability to obtain a Class A CDL with endorsements, as well as pesticide/fertilizer applicator licenses as needed. CDL and licenses must be maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL license with endorsements, driving record, and medical card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail location and follow the facility and equipment maintenance schedule.
• Inventory and distribution of products and delivering customer products as requested.
• Load/unload, weigh trucks and trailers, ensuring proper axle weights.
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Support Crop Specialists with installs, data, mapping and other needs.
• Maintain facility and equipment image and safety compliance.
• Help improve efficiency and reduce costs.
