Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking an Agricultural Logistics Coordinator to lead and support the planning and administration of Biltmore’s Agricultural programs. The role oversees animal data, meat sales, and Biltmore Grown product fulfillment across food service, retail, and partners.

Responsibilities include budgeting, data analysis, and coordinating with estate F&B, growers, and vendors, while ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.

Competenze

• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience with livestock performance preferred; knowledge of livestock production measures is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft platform proficiency; strong data analysis and data management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering world-class guest service.

Mansioni

• Execute processing appointments and invoicing; monitor revenue, expenses, margins and budget variances.
• Coordinate with restaurants, chefs, purchasing, and growers for Biltmore Grown products; manage PO orders and deliveries.
• Maintain cattle, sheep, swine records and update CattleMax; validate and report livestock performance data.
• Provide accounting record support; compile month-end reports for multiple agriculture departments.
