Responsibilities

• Execute processing appointments and invoicing; monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and budget variances.
• Coordinate with restaurants, chefs, purchasing, and growers for Grown products; manage POs and deliveries.
• Maintain livestock records and update data systems; validate and report performance metrics.
• Provide accounting record support; prepare month-end reports across departments.
