General Purpose And Scope Of Position

The Production Worker's primary role is to assist in all aspects of production, quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness. Responsibilities include packaging, filling, formulation assistance, and housekeeping. Candidates should be self-motivated team players capable of working efficiently to meet customer demands.

Key Skills And Abilities Include

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment, including forklift and other equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity; ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and complete documentation; reading and writing in English required
• Willing to work overtime as needed

Specific Responsibilities And Key Deliverables Include

• Set up production line according to schedule
• Inspect materials for cleanliness and integrity; report issues
• Blend materials in assigned mixer per workflow
• Complete documentation for all tasks
• Learn and train in all plant roles (mixing, bagging, forklift, loading, etc.)
• Operate processing equipment following SOPs
• Maintain facility cleanliness
• Perform quality control checks
• Document all activities accurately
• Report safety and food safety issues; may stop production if necessary
• Maintain current training and comply with safety, FDA, OSHA, and other regulations
• Work positively as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned efficiently and professionally

Compensation And Benefits
