Job summary

A leading broker in the agricultural market is seeking an experienced Broker to join their USA-based team in locations such as Houston. The ideal candidate will have experience in the agriculture/commodities space, strong client focus, and fluency in Portuguese. Responsibilities include promoting the company, arranging trades, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. A degree in Agriculture, Economics, or a related field is essential, along with a willingness to take the Series 3 NFA test.

Qualifications

• Experience in the agriculture/commodities space.
• Must be willing to take Series 3 NFA test or have Series 3 NFA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Promote FIS as a company and provide market intelligence.
• Arrange trades via voice broking.
• Maintain client relationships and track trading activities.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Produce daily/weekly market updates.
• On-board new clients and assess their needs.
