Job summary

SGS is seeking a detail-oriented laboratory professional to conduct tests on agricultural and food samples, ensuring accurate data entry into LIMS and Excel. You will maintain instruments and document SOPs while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a Science related major is required.
• 1–3 years of lab experience required.
• Familiar with Agricultural and Food matrices.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 17025:1999 requirements.
• Good laboratory practices essential.
• Familiar with official methods such as ISO, AOAC, and AOCS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct required testing on agriculture and food samples using standard wet chemistry methods and instruments.
• Maintain instrument conditions, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.
• Record data in LIMS and Excel; ensure proper documentation and labeling.
