The Director of Extension Administrative Operations provides statewide leadership for administrative operations, organizational development, and compliance within the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service. The position works closely with Extension leadership, Regional and Area Extension Directors, and University partners to ensure effective administration of county operations. Responsibilities include organizational programs, policy implementation and administrative planning. The position also leads compliance reviews, organizational analysis, and process improvement initiatives that support sound decision-making and operational excellence. Through strategic leadership and collaboration, this role helps ensure consistent, efficient, and accountable Extension operations across Kentucky.
