AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT FIELD MECHANIC / TECHNICIAN

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Field Mechanic / Technician, you will work on agricultural equipment at customer locations to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime. Picture yourself traveling in a fully equipped Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch repairs, interacting with customers, and being their trusted technician.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably agricultural equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record; CDL preferred.
• Must provide your own tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Starting at $35-50/hr depending on experience.
