Responsibilities

As a Field Mechanic / Technician, you will:

• Work on agricultural equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Travel in a fully equipped Pape’ service vehicle
• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance
• Interact professionally with customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy, preferably agricultural, equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a good record; CDL preferred
• Own tools required

Compensation

$35-50/hr, depending on experience
