Pape’ Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division in Robbins, CA, is seeking a Field Mechanic to service agriculture equipment at customer sites.

Travel in a fully equipped service vehicle and perform high-quality repairs to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of heavy equipment diagnostic and repair experience, basic computer skills, strong communication, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to work weekends during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably Agriculture equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Driver's license with a good driving record; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on Agriculture equipment at customer locations to keep equipment running at peak form and maximize uptime.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Field Mechanic, you will work on Agriculture equipment at customer locations to ensure that their equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime. Every day, picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably Agriculture equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.
• Ability to work weekends during peak seasons (March-May and August-October) is highly desired!
• Must provide own tools.

Compensation:

$34.48-51.72/hr (Depending on Experience)
