Job summary

Papé Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division in Robbins, CA is seeking a Field Mechanic/Technician to diagnose and repair heavy agricultural equipment at customer sites.

You will travel in a fully equipped service vehicle, ensure peak performance, and maximize uptime while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires 3+ years of experience, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work weekends during peak seasons.

Qualifications

3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably Agriculture equipment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.
Ability to work weekends during peak seasons (March-May and August-October).
Must provide own tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Field Mechanic, you will work on Agriculture equipment at customer locations to ensure that their equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime. Every day, picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right.

WHAT YOU NEED:

3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably Agriculture equipment.

Basic computer knowledge.

Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.

Compensation:

$34.48-51.72/hr (Depends on Experience)
