Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in agriculture and energy work preferred.
• Obtain CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements within six months of employment and maintain a clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Knowledge of agricultural and energy product handling and equipment operation.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and repair equipment safely.
• Experience with inventory management preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain agricultural equipment.
• Assist in mixing and loading agricultural input products and energy products.
• Load/unload products with accurate quantities and safe procedures.
• Support inventory management by receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Assist in inventory tracking and order preparation.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Interact with customers to deliver products or provide assistance.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and storage facilities.
