Greenacres Foundation seeks an Agriculture Education Manager to shape how thousands of students experience agriculture. You’ll lead educators across four sites, develop hands-on curriculum, and align programs with the Foundation’s mission.
You’ll manage a team, oversee budgets, collaborate with Livestock, Garden, and Equine teams, and travel to Indian Hill, OH; Oldenburg, IN; Felicity, OH; Clermont Co. to expand sites.

The Agriculture Education Manager is deeply committed to the mission and values of Greenacres. As Agriculture Education Manager, you’ll shape how thousands of students experience agriculture. Leading educators and teaching children how to connect learning to real land, animals, and food systems.
This role is responsible for leading a team of four Agriculture and Equine Education Site Supervisors, supporting expansion to new sites as they arise, and overseeing the development and implementation of agriculture-based curriculum. The Agriculture Education Manager also plays a key role in onboarding, supporting, and leading education staff within the Agriculture Education department.
The ability to build a strong culture, unify a newer team, and coach for excellence in the informal education space is critical for the team. A strong and consistent communicator is a best fit for this role.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Education and works collaboratively and communicates effectively with other Education Managers, Education Operations, as well as the Livestock, Equine, and Garden teams, to ensure all programming reflects Greenacres’ mission and values and fosters a culture of transparency, honesty, and integrity.
