Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products under supervision, may use high clearance sprayer or floater.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Educate customers on products applied, techniques used, and how to support them with products and services.
• Assist the sales staff to ensure orders are correct and patron needs are met.
• Perform warehouse duties including driving loader, forklift, mechanics and maintenance.
• Lift and load products (1–2 hours per day).
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas; document daily maintenance inspections.
