Daily, you will operate facility equipment, drive machinery, and apply crop protection products in the field to efficiently provide seed, crop protection, and application services to central and southern Illinois. Responsibilities

1. Apply fertilizer and crop protection products under supervision, using equipment such as high clearance sprayers or floaters.
2. Interact courteously and professionally with customers.
3. Educate customers on products, techniques, and ongoing support.
4. Assist sales staff with order accuracy and customer needs.
5. Perform warehouse duties, including operating loaders, forklifts, and performing maintenance.
6. Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using heavy or light machinery, handling bulk or packaged materials.
7. Deliver products to customers as needed.
8. Undertake general labor tasks, including maintenance, groundskeeping, equipment inspections, and record keeping.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural production, operations, or application.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Additional Qualifications

• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and mobile equipment.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Applicator's license, chemical application education/experience, forklift certification, and farming background are preferred.
• Pre-employment screening may include drug tests, criminal background checks, motor vehicle records, physical exams, and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and load up to 75 lbs.
