The role requires collaboration with Finance, Agronomy, Harvest, and Equipment teams, plus proficiency in Excel and ERP systems to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, agricultural operations, or project coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Agriculture Admin Support & Jr. Analyst responsible to provide analytical, operational, and farming leadership support to Farming Operations leadership. This position combines business analysis, operational reporting, executive support, equipment administration, and process improvement to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across the farming organization. Working closely with Farming Operations, Finance, Accounting, Agronomy, Harvest, Equipment, Food Safety, Maintenance, and other cross-functional departments, this position develops reports, analyzes operational performance, coordinates key administrative processes, maintains business systems, and supports strategic projects while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of operational and financial information. What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in business analysis, agricultural operations, project coordination, executive administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP or maintenance management systems (Infor preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report and presentation preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI experience.

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
