You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment, with in-shop and field service, ongoing training, and tools provided. Join a team that values safety, accuracy, and customer education.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing ag, turf, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• Familiar with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems (Service ADVISOR a plus).
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Own tools and ability to handle physical job demands.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete both in-shop and field service work.
• Accurately document diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage billable time and assigned work orders.
• Support customer clinics and education events.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Stay current on John Deere and competitive equipment.
